Redhead Tattoo Studio Policy

Thank you for choosing Redhead Tattoo! We are excited to help you bring your ideas to life with a unique tattoo. Please read our studio policy carefully before booking, as it protects both you and our artists and ensures a smooth and professional experience.

Age and Tattoo Limitations

• We do not tattoo minors under 18 years old

• We reserve the right to refuse tattoos in certain areas (such as the face or other sensitive zones) at the discretion of the studio.

Deposit and Rescheduling Policy

Consultations with us are always free. To book a session, we require a non-refundable deposit to ensure our artists’ time is respected. By paying the deposit, you argee to our full studio policies.

• Deposit amount: $250 for a full or half session; $100 for tattoos 1–3 hours in length.

• The deposit will be deducted from the session price, but is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• We allow only one reschedule per appointment, and all reschedules must be made through reception, not directly with the artist.

• Reschedules must be made within 3 months, as we only book 3 months in advance.

• If you request a reschedule but cannot provide a new date, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new session.

• Any changes within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

• If you do not show up for your appointment (no-show), your next session must be paid in full and in advance, and this payment is non-refundable.

Consultation and Design Process

• Consultations are free, and you may bring one guest to your consultation.

• During the consultation, you and your artist will collaborate to create your custom tattoo design and review visual references.

• The final design will be ready on the day of your tattoo, with the option for minor adjustments.

• Major changes require a second consultation prior to your tattoo appointment.

• If you are unhappy with your design after booking, contact us before your first session to schedule a second consultation.

• All designs are the intellectual property of the studio and the artist. Clients may not reproduce, sell, or copy the design without written permission.

Session Pricing and Duration

• Hourly rates apply only to tattoos under 3 hours.

• Half Day and Full Day sessions are offered at fixed prices, which may vary depending on the artist.

• Half Day sessions typically last 4–5 hours, and Full Day sessions typically last 6–8 hours.

These sessions represent reserved time with the artist, not continuous tattooing.

• By booking a session, the client acknowledges that the reserved time includes all aspects of the tattoo process, including preparation, stencil placement, equipment setup, necessary breaks, discussion of design, and photographing the work.

• Actual tattooing time may vary depending on the project, the artist’s workflow, and the client’s comfort.

• For Full Day sessions, a lunch break of 30–60 minutes is included and/or recommended for both the client and the artist to ensure comfort, focus, and safety throughout the longer session.

Medical and Safety Requirements

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to their appointment.

• Redhead Tattoo is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or improper aftercare.

• Please inform the studio if you are pregnant, have a blood disorder, or other conditions that may affect tattooing.

Day of the Appointment

• Please arrive well-rested and well-fed.

• Do not consume alcohol or drugs prior to your appointment.

• You must come alone; no friends, family members, or pets are allowed.

• The first hour of your session is dedicated to finalizing the design, stencil placement, and sizing.

• Breaks are provided as needed, including lunch and short rest periods. Frequent interruptions may require full session payment.

• By sitting in the chair and getting under the needle, you are providing final consent for the design. Any questions or concerns must be addressed before tattooing begins.

Touch-up Policy

• Free touch-ups are available only if you used the aftercare products recommended by the studio, followed our aftercare instructions, and contacted the studio within 2 months of your session date (1 month for healing, 1 month to schedule the free touch-up).

• Touch-ups due to client negligence, on hands or feet, or for design changes are charged at the hourly rate.

• Missing your free touch-up appointment results in loss of the free touch-up, and a new paid appointment will be required if touch-up is needed.
